RESIDENTIAL – NEW BUILD – MULTI FAMILY HOUSE

Nestled between 2 large multifamily properties, this 50 foot lot would have been undevelopable if not for several relaxations given by the city of Vancouver. In the end, we were able to realize 4 large family sized condos of over 2000 sf. There’s one level of underground parking and the project achieved passive house certification as one of the first multi family projects in Vancouver to do so.
