RESIDENTIAL – NEW BUILD – LANEWAY HOUSE – COMING SOON

Designing this new laneway house was a challenge because of the size of the site (very tight) and the design guidelines that was tricky to apply to such a small building.
We also had to redesign the whole backyard to meet the site coverage requirements and reduce the amount of impermeable surface.
