RESIDENTIAL –  NEW BUILD – RENOVATION – ADDITION – MULTI FAMILY HOUSE

This substantial renovation project was completed in 2021. The original building was 6 units overtop of 1 level of underground parking on a very steep slope in the Kitsilano neighborhood. The renovation included a modernization to an original design by Roger Hughes. All 6 units were upgraded for energy performance and the entire envelope was redone.
