Situated in the city of Nanaimo on Vnacouver Island, this project involves the rezoneing of a single family property into townhomes. This is part of a wide effort by the city to allow rezonings across its area in order to provide more housing and density. The project will serve a neighboorhood that is close to the university and close to the downtown core. Three large townhomes will be certified to a passive house standard.
