RESIDENTIAL – ADDITION – SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSE 

This hybrid addition project, again retained the existing 1940s house and offered a layer of modernism both at the front netry and the rear 3 storey tower. This approach allowed the homeowners to remain in the house during construction. The generous rear deck and addition emohasized and enhanced the use of the large rear yard for the family.
